Submit a cancellation request and we'll process it within 12 hours.
📌 Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please raise a return request instead.
• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• COD orders: no charge is applied upon cancellation.

Your Order ID can be found in your order confirmation email from Raynest. It starts with # (e.g. #1001).
