Refund Policy

We want you to love your Raynest purchase. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds

Refund Process

• Email us at nayansaha1@gmail.com with your order number and reason
• We'll arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back
• Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• COD orders receive store credit or bank transfer

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (select pincodes)
• Processing time: 1-2 business days before dispatch

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Flat ₹60 shipping on orders below ₹999
• Express shipping charges calculated at checkout

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time.

Orders

• Placing an order constitutes a binding agreement to purchase
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues
• You will be notified and fully refunded if we cancel your order

All artwork, graphics, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Raynest. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Email nayansaha1@gmail.com immediately with your order number.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the item is delivered, as per our Refund Policy.

COD Orders

For COD orders, please do not refuse delivery unless the package is visibly damaged. Repeated refusals may result in being blocked from COD as a payment option.
